Digital refund and return policy

All digital purchases are final! Please keep this in mind when you are shopping. 

Gothic Sci-Fi Books does not refund or allow returns on e-book purchases. We partner with Bookfunnel to deliver the files and cannot accept returns. If you cannot access your purchased book, click the Help link at the top of the Bookfunnel download page.

Physical Media Return and Refund Policy

Gothic Sci-Fi Books does not allow returns of physical books.

 If a physical books arrives in damaged condition, please use the contact form to discuss sending a replacement book.

Gothic Sci-Fi Books will refund purchases of physical books for a limited time after the order is placed.

We individually pack and ship each order. Unlike digital purchases, there is a short window of time when you've paid, but we haven't shipped. Use the contact form to contact us for a cancellation. Once the book is shipped, the order can no longer be refunded.
